• Role: Full-Time Graveyard Maintenance Mechanic
• Location: Austin, MN
• Pay: $25.35 per hour based on experience and qualifications and overtime pay after 8 hours of work
• Overnight Schedule: 9:30 pm to 7:30 am on a rotating schedule (4 days on, 2 off)

Day-to-Day As Our Graveyard Maintenance Mechanic:

• Approaching every shift with a self-motivated, safety-driven, and results-oriented mentality
• Learning specialty equipment and completing high-quality mechanical work in a fast-paced environment
• Independently solving problems, making educated decisions, and standing by your results
• Building your knowledge and skill set and working towards a potential leadership position
• Knowing when to tackle issues head-on and when to escalate to upper management
• Staying calm and respectful throughout the night, even while under pressure
• Following all safety procedures
• Collaborating with production supervisors/employees to maintain a communicative, open-door environment
• Taking initiative to learn more, take on more responsibilities, and grow professionally
• Consistently completing a high caliber of work

Ideal Graveyard Maintenance Mechanic:

• Mechanical maintenance experience - must-have
• Hands-on experience using various tools and equipment - must-have
• Ability to effectively work independently and with a team
• Commitment to following all safety procedures
• Sharp attention to detail
• Dependable, efficient, and motivated personality
• Drive to keep learning and growing
• Hands-on experience in a mechanical, industrial, automotive, or equipment-focused position - preferred
